What format should my BOM be in?

Excel / CSV is easiest; PDF and screenshots also work — we can transcribe them. Keep the original columns (model, brand, quantity, package) and note alternate requirements separately.

Can you really quote within 2 hours?

For regular lists (dozens to hundreds of lines, mostly common parts), yes during quoting hours. Lists with many rare parts or overseas distributor inquiries get a preliminary quote first, with the timeline confirmed upfront.

What does 100% kit rate mean?

It means every BOM line sourced and delivered as one complete kit. For the occasional rare or long-lead item, we tell you upfront and propose alternates or split shipments — never silently short-ship.

How are acceptable alternates handled?

We provide functionally equivalent or pin-to-pin alternates with spec comparisons and difference notes so you can decide; samples available for verification.

Can rush orders be expedited?

In-stock items ship same day. For rush made-to-order items, we prioritize stock channels and distributor resources to compress every step we can — without compromising authenticity.
