Are the documents free?
Standard datasheets, sample code and templates are free — contact us and explain your use case. Some manufacturer-restricted documents require project details before release.
Can you help me choose a dev board?
Yes. Describe your functional needs (connectivity, peripherals, compute, cost range, expected volume) and we'll suggest 1–3 candidate platforms with pros and cons.
Flashing keeps failing — what are common causes?
Common causes: wrong boot-mode pin levels, USB-UART wiring or driver issues, insufficient power, occupied serial ports, or firmware-chip mismatch. Check these first; if unresolved, contact us for hands-on help.
WiFi / Bluetooth won't connect or keeps dropping?
Check power-supply ripple, antenna keep-out and matching, RF interference sources (switching supplies, motors), and router band/channel settings. For industrial environments, evaluate shielding and grounding. We can help with hardware-side checks.
Can I adapt your sample code for my firmware?
Yes. The examples are for quick verification and second development — adapt them to your product logic. For production-grade features (low-power strategy, OTA, stability optimization), we can also take on custom development.
Can you review our schematic?
Yes. Send the schematic (PDF or source) with a brief description. We focus on power, clock, reset, interface levels and protection circuits, flagging risks and suggesting changes. Complex boards are best reviewed alongside live debugging.
How do I confirm an alternate part is a drop-in replacement?
Compare package, pinout, electrical specs and operating temperature first — pin-to-pin parts can be swapped directly; if specs differ, the surrounding circuit and firmware may need adjustment. We provide spec comparison tables for your review.
Is there a tech support phone or WeChat?
Yes. During business hours call 15728355803 (also on WeChat) to talk with a technical engineer. For complex issues, send materials first so we can prepare.
