Deliverables

Everything handed over on completion — for future maintenance and second development.

  • Design source files: schematics, PCB source files and Gerber
  • BOM: full BOM with alternate suggestions for key parts
  • Prototype units: debugged samples with revision records
  • Test reports: functional and burn-in verification records
  • Production data: placement coordinates, stencil and fixture specs
  • Firmware support: drivers and flashing plans as needed

FAQ

Hardware Design FAQ

Boards only, or complete products too?
Our core capability is board-level hardware design: schematics, PCB layout, prototyping and volume ramp-up. Enclosure and full-system assembly can be coordinated through partners; firmware needs can also be supported via partner resources.
Can we engage you for just one stage?
Yes. Stage-based engagement is welcome — e.g. you handle design and we do prototyping and debugging, or we do layout only / volume ramp-up from your existing design.
How are revision costs handled?
Revisions caused by our design errors are fixed and re-prototyped free of charge. Revisions caused by requirement changes are quoted after effort assessment, with costs and schedule confirmed before work begins.
Who owns the design files?
Deliverables (schematics, PCB source files, BOM, documents) for custom design projects are attributed per contract, with source files handed over in full — so you can maintain or move production freely afterwards.
Does the design connect to your PCBA service?
Yes. Designs follow DFM (design for manufacturing) rules from the start — stack-up, packages and panelization all consider our own SMT process, flowing straight into BOM sourcing and PCBA prototyping with zero handover loss.
What about certification?
We do EMC pre-design at the design stage and provide common remediation advice after prototyping, plus documentation and testing support for certification.
