Dev Board FAQ

Are dev boards in stock? How fast can you ship?

Regular platforms (ESP32, common RK core boards) ship the same day if confirmed before 4 PM. Some models are made to order — exact lead times are noted in the quote.

Can you flash our own firmware onto the boards?

Yes. Provide the firmware file and flashing parameters — we handle volume flashing, serial numbers or calibration data, plus basic functional sampling. Fixtures can be arranged for volume runs.

How long does a custom board take?

Standard revisions (adding/removing peripherals, interface changes) usually take 1–2 weeks to sample; larger structural changes or re-layout are assessed by complexity. Send us your requirements — we respond within one business day.

Do you provide datasheets and example code?

All mainstream platforms come with datasheets, pin definitions, schematics and sample code. Request them via the Tech Support page or contact us directly.

Can you source a full parts kit for our course / project?

Yes. Send the list and we do one-stop BOM sourcing — main boards, accessories, sensors, cables and power supplies bundled together.

Can we negotiate pricing for volume?

Yes. Regular models are quoted in volume tiers; long-term partners can discuss price locking and stocking. Share your expected annual usage for a more competitive plan.
