Quality Control

Inspection Process

Gate 01

Incoming IQC

Materials verified for model, lot, quantity and appearance; solder paste and critical parts sampled to standard.

Gate 02

First Article

First-article inspection before volume run locks process parameters and quality standards.

Gate 03

AOI

Automated optical inspection after placement — missing parts, offsets, cold joints and bridges.

Gate 04

X-Ray

Hidden joints on BGA, QFN etc. checked for solder quality and void rates.

Gate 05

Insertion & Soldering

DIP insertion, wave or selective soldering followed by re-inspection of through-hole joints.

Gate 06

FCT & OQC

ICT / FCT functional testing, burn-in sampling and final visual inspection before packing.

Service Mode

Three Cooperation Models

Consigned Assembly

Consigned Assembly

You supply the key parts — we run the whole process with transparent per-step pricing.

  • Flexible supply: you provide ICs, connectors and other key parts; stencils, solder paste and passives can be sourced on your behalf
  • Full process: SMT placement, DIP insertion, wave soldering and firmware flashing
  • Incoming control: MQC counting and baking/dehumidifying; shortages flagged 3 working days in advance
  • Flexible scheduling: phased material delivery and batch production to ease inventory pressure
  • Ideal if you have stable material channels or franchise pricing
Turnkey

Turnkey

BOM sourcing + PCBA assembly in a single order — simple and worry-free.

  • One-stop sourcing: all parts procured from manufacturers / franchise channels, with alternates suggested for shortages
  • Better cost: no multi-vendor purchasing, transfers or re-counting
  • Controlled lead time: shortages resolved via alternates or allocation to protect your schedule
  • Simple settlement: material cost and labor on one quotation sheet
  • From BOM to finished boards in one delivery — ideal if you want zero middle-step hassle
Full-Process Delivery

Full-Process Delivery

From design to finished goods — you receive sellable products.

  • Development: schematic design, PCB layout and firmware, all in one place
  • Manufacturing: sourcing + placement + flashing + box-build assembly
  • Quality assurance: conformal coating, burn-in and FCT functional testing, fully inspected
  • Ship-ready: retail packaging and white-label shipping, direct to your customers
  • Ideal if you focus on market and sales without an in-house production team
FAQ

Assembly FAQ

What files do you need for prototyping?
Gerber files (or PCB source files), BOM, pick-and-place coordinates and assembly drawings. For turnkey, also specify brands and alternates; note any special process requirements.
How does the 3-day prototype work?
That's the time from production confirmation to shipment when materials are kitted, achievable for standard simple boards. It extends if components need ordering or the board is complex — we give exact schedules at review.
What does 99.5% yield mean?
It's a reference first-pass yield for standard boards in volume delivery (excluding issues caused by customer design). Actual results follow the process standards and inspections confirmed at first article.
Can you do consigned assembly only?
Yes. You supply materials; we handle placement, insertion, inspection and packaging. Incoming materials are counted with shortage and appearance feedback — before anything hits the line.
Does conformal coating affect rework later?
Standard coatings can be locally removed for rework. If frequent rework is expected, consider localized coating or a reworkable coating type.
Can long-term partners lock price and schedule?
Yes. Once volume is stable, we can discuss phase-based price locking and reserved production slots, with capacity reserved for long-term clients to ease peak-season pressure.
